General Introduction of Material Feeding System

Utilizing the method of vacuum conveying, Orste Central Material Feeding/Conveying System (OMCS) transports plastic materials from storage silos to the central dehumidifying & drying system through centralized piping, and then convey the dried material to each molding machine. OMCS is suitable for the integrity of the material of huge capacity, eliminates waste and improves the cost effectiveness of the factory.

Application Case of Material Feeding System

Central material feeding system consist of many parts, Central material room is one of the most important part in this system. For some hygroscopic materials, completely drying before feeding to each molding machine is of great importance for plastic products production. In the above picture, 1 pcs of honeycomb dehumidifier is applied with 3 pcs of OHD-O hopper dryers to provide dry air for drying of plastic resins in the hopper dryers. The dried materials can be directly feeding to each molding machine for prodcution.
